The Role
Have had a great year working with a great team, with some very interesting projects and work to keep me on my toes.
Had a great team around me who were very supportive and didn't feel like an Undergraduate at all!
I could ask them anything and they would have regular catch up sessions.
Busy all day everyday.
I was given more responsibility over the year due to team members leaving, I now look after aspects of the job that no one else has the knowledge to do.
I received copious amounts of training in HR courses as well as general skills courses. I now have a broader understanding of the HR team and Human Resources and I will be able to apply a lot of the situations this year to my degree.
The Company
Good atmosphere and everyone is willing to help with anything.
Very well organized, the scheme has been running for a long time and the role grows year on year.
I had copious amounts of training.
IF you are good they will keep you on.
The Culture
Yes over 60 Undergraduates in the company so lots of social activities.
Not too bad.
Not too bad, lots of surrounding areas in addition.
Lots of CSR days and in HR and Recruitment role, lots of trips to Unis.
