The Role
I was definitely stretched with my work load and the by the challenges set but the team were largely very kind and approachable which made being in the office enjoyable
I was made to feel of great value to the team by the work that was set and their attitude towards me
Hugely supportive 3rd year analysts in particular
Very very busy!
A responsible amount.
I do biology so my course is irrelevant to a job in banking/finance, however my skills developed greatly during the course of the internship and will be of huge value beyond my studies
The Company
lovely people to work with but a very hard working team also
A very well organised recruitment team
1 week's training for a 10 week internship
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Got a job for next summer when I have completed my degree
The Culture
All kept very much in touch during and after the internship with frequent lunches and nights out whenever possible
No much time for socialising other than a few drinks every other Friday evening
No idea! Nice place for after work drinks, no idea about clubs though!
Due to the summer being a very busy time for my particular team I was wholly work focused for the entire period of my internship
