The Role
Hugely. The section of SAP that i work within is immensely fast-paced, and this has helped to develop my skills and personality. It has taught me many different things such as time management and focus.
Very. I have a role that my colleagues highly depend upon.
Alot. I would regularly have reviews with my managers who were very supportive of my progression.
Very. There would be set tasks i would have to complete every morning, but also ad-hoc requests from the 24 people i work with.
A lot. I was often tasked with creating and delivering presentations to people outside of the business.
Very much so. I have developed many skills and also become a lot more confident and rounded as a person. These skills will be transferable to other roles and also my degree course.
The Company
Very good fun, but tense and always a sense of urgency.
Very. From the day i started there was a training timetable and then a work structure to become involved in
A lot. They offer a 70% work/30% self study/personal progression plan for interns.
