The Role
I fully enjoyed the placement and would be a job I would love to do in the future
Was treated well and valued by all employees across all levels. Team were very friendly and became very close to them.
My manager as brilliant and gave me the support I needed without over seeing everything I did.
Is was very busy, however made the days go fast and was always help available if you asked
Given a lot of responsibility, I ran one of the marketing campaigns with little to no help
I have learn more than I could of imagined and will take onto my next job. Also the skills have helped me develop as a person, for example confidence
The Company
Fun atmosphere, however was serious when needed to be. Extra events to get involved with which made each day different
Everything was organised smoothly
I felt they developed me as a person and also through extra training sessions and meetings
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Travel loan
Very appealing as I want to work in a global company, hopefully will be able to get a job with them in the future as they look after staff well
The Culture
They added you in to a Facebook group at the beginning so you could all get to know each other. They also encourage you to become close with the interns on your floor
Cost high due to being in London
Nice bars and pubs in Hammersmith where the office is based, however would normally go out in central London which is 15 minutes by tube
There were events you could help out with for example Star Wars celebrations. Also there was meals out and drinks.
