The Role
Support and incidence were available if necessary but my role within Footwear and Sportswear Category allowed me to take initiative and I had freedom when being creative.
Balanced
When proven I could manage things myself, I was given allowed of responsibility. The team relied on me by the time I was leaving.
Skills for life.
The Company
Disney is naturally a fun environment. The atmosphere is great.
