    • Management is generally good with development and talent management placed at the heart of the business. However, dialogue can be difficult when faced with a manager who is very different - better framework for dealing with this ?

    • Relatively busy - treated like every other member of the team.

    • Again - treated like a member of the team with a strategic job role.
