The Role
I had a really good team and interesting projects to complete.
My manager made me feel part of the team and I never felt like "just a placement student". I had real responsibilities and I was accountable for my actions.
I had a brilliant manager who helped me constantly throughout the year. He was very encouraging and supportive!
Most days I had more than enough work to do some days it was a bit quieter.
I wad given a lot of responsibility and had many projects a worked on by myself.
I learnt a lot of skills that will helping me in working life after this placement.
The Company
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
My manager was very organised so we had regular reviews of my work where I got constructive feedback and I was able to honestly say how I felt and how I was coping with the workload.
There was a lot of online training available to allow for skills to be developed.
National Travel
There is a graduate scheme available for people who completed placements with the organisation.
The Culture
The placement students organised our own social events.
Not much to do in Lichfield but surrounding areas had things to do.
Birmingham is close so we went on nights out there.
