The Role
Absolutely loved it, have learnt so much. Great opportunity to experience a matrix organisation.
I was welcomed into the team from day 1 and was always made to feel like an actived and valued team member.
My manager was amazing, he was always interested and involved in my work, as well as being supportive and accomodating to my development
I had times where I have been extremely busy (probably because I took on too much) but also times (especially in the first few months) where I have felt that I could have taken on more.
A reasonable amount, I was lucky enough to run some of my own training courses and have the responsibility of that.
Absolutely learnt skills for life and have had great opportunties to attend training courses and develop new and different skills.
The Company
Lovely atmosphere in the office when people in, however Friday's are very empty and quiet
As I was the first placement student for this department there was a bit of ambiguity as to how my role was going to form, But fantasitc manager and team meant that I fitted in seamlessly.
Pfizer were great at offering additional training and support to the Industrial Trainees, as well as volunteering and shadowing opportunities.
