The Role
I was in two rotations, one in a Business Partner Team, and one in a Specialist Team. The first was busy, interesting, and I had a lot of things to do. The second was quite boring, I was only given admin tasks once in a while, and rarely had enough to do despite asking. We also had a group project which was good fun and gave us a sense of ownership.
Everyone was nice, especially in the first rotation. But in the second, even though people were kind, I was ignored a bit.
Not particularly stretched, but okay.
The Company
Overall it was done well, but my second rotation was rather unstructured, and I constantly had to ask for things to do.
Deutsche Bank invest a lot in their employees and it shows. If you want something, they will try to give it to you (within reason).

Working from home
It's probably not the job for me, but the company has some merits, and I would consider working for them in the future.
The Culture
The City of London is obviously expensive, but lots of nearby pubs had happy hours which made things pretty cheap. Lunch places are plentiful, so there's something for most tastes and budgets.
