The Role
It was good overall. I could have been given more responsibility and interesting tasks to do though.
The people were really friendly, and the teams generally had a laidback and fun atmosphere.
The summer internship support structure is slightly confusing - there are many sources of support available, but the roles overlap which can create confusion if you have any specific requests with regards to the work you would like
I had enough work to keep me busy most of the time, but the work was boring at times.
I wasn't given much responsibility.
Although the work was boring and simple, it did involve using skills which are important in the workplace, which are crucial to any career.
The Company
Generally it was quite good.
It was ok - the schedule on the clients I was working on could have been better. But everything else from joiner documentation to on-the-job feedback was good.
Not much - all the presentations and learning we received were either compliance related or non-specific to service lines. But it is difficult to invest in just 6 weeks.

The Culture
There was amongst fellow interns, but not with colleagues.
We had a CSR day.
