The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the summer scheme. The scheme is very well organised and had a good structure. The company culture is fantastic and my colleagues were always accommodating.
I felt very valued by my colleagues considering the work I was carrying out made a real contribution to the team.
The support given by the Graduate Recruitment team was brilliant. I felt I could talk to my supervisor if I had a problem.
It varied but generally I always had tasks to compete throughout the day.
I was given a fair bit of responsibility considering I had my own mini project to be getting on with, from which I was (mostly) solely responsible for.
The training provided definitely has honed skills and given me the experience necessary to pursue my future career in Real Estate.
The Company
Friendly and close knit
Very well organised. I found the departmental overviews especially informative.
I felt like the Savills Graduate Recruitment team stayed in contact with me throughout and promoted the Grad Scheme in light of future investment in my future Real Estate career (and hopefully with them at Savills).
Company Parties/Events
Very. It has sold Savills as a company to me and is a place I could certainly see myself working for in the future.
The Culture
Fairly good.
Average.
The nightlife is good, although I did not have the chance to experience it for myself while on placement.
Yes. I was invited to a number of social events.
