    • it was completely random but I had the chance to manage my time how I wanted to.

    • I had a little project to carry on , on my own with the supervision of my supervisor.

    • the company organized a long time in advance the placement. And Lubrizol always try to make us happiest as possible.

    • I had enough training to carry on my job and I was also involved in other project and meeting just to let me learn new stuff.
