The Role
In general, a good experience
Not like family but they treat me equally
They are all very supportive and approachable
Enough things to do from 9-5.30/6 every day but it depends on the projects
Enough
Some soft skills eg communication skills are transferable. Some technical skills are more beneficial if you want to work in tech industry in the future
The Company
It depends on the project but nice, relaxing atmosphere in general
Very. It starts with an introduction week and ends with an exit interview where you discuss your performance, experience and your grad offer. Drink occasions are organised every once in a while. I had 2 projects within 6 months but i had to source my 2nd one so I had quite some time being on the bench because it was struggling to find one.
A fair amount but you aren't allowed to join core trainings I believe
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
A lot placement students landed a job with them
The Culture
Yes. All projects have someone who is responsible for organising social events
Well, it's Lodon so it's definitely not cheap
Again, it's central London so yeah, great nightlife
There are some but it depends on the project whether you have time to join or not
