The Role
I really enjoyed my placement because it was a great opportunity for me to learn about the pharmaceutical industry and how to apply the knowledge I have to solve problems.
I feel like I am a member of the team and not "just an intern". I feel like my work and my thoughts are valued.
My supervisor was of a great support for me. He trusted me with my project and give me the appropriate amount of guidance.
I'm quite busy because I have a one year deadline to finish my project.
I'm trying to replace solvents that are likely to be banned in the future. I think of my project is very important, not only for Pfizer, but for the entire pharmaceutical industry.
The training I received allowed me to be more confident in my skills, I think that will be useful for my whole career.
The Company
Team of young people, the atmosphere is very positive and relaxed.
At the beginning, I felt confused by such a big structure but now everything is under control.
What I've learned are more "human skills" than technical skills. I learned the technical skills at university (like how to use an NRM, a HPLC etc.) At Pfizer I learned more about how to be a good manager, team working, be more confident.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I'm planning to change my career path to the cosmetic industry.
The Culture
I don't understand the question.
Not very expensive.
Good but not my type of people.
Yes, there are a lot of events organized by Pfizer to socialize.
