    • I have thoroughly enjoyed the last three weeks, and have found it very varied and engaging.

    • Everyone has been so welcoming and there has always been someone available to give me work and talk me through it before.

    • There has always been someone to talk me through a task or provide guidance if needed.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The first week in particular was very well organised and stuck exactly to the time table. The next two weeks have also had good structure and lots of varied work.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • The first week had a very strong atmosphere of excitment due it being the first time the Acadamy had run. The next two weeks have also been exciting and everyone has been really welcoming. The socials in the evenings were really fun and it was great to meet so many people who work here.
