The insight week has been an unrivaled opportunity to interact with the people and work at KPMG.
I always felt like my ideas and perspectives were valued at KPMG: regardless of our backgrounds, disciplines or interests, we were assured that there was a place for us in the organisation.
Everyone at the firm was passionate about supporting us at this stage in our burgeoning careers, when many of us had questions regarding the working environment, work-life balance and the pressure of a job in consulting. KPMG were happy to offer guidance and support based on their experiences with the firm.
The Company
Overall well structured with very insightful talks and panels, however some of the workshops on interview technique would have been better organised before our interviews.
Relaxed, friendly and very encouraging.
