About You
Large extent
They do care about your personal development, and I can feel that during the panel session, and the attitude of the manager I shadow during the programme.
They guided me through the whole programme, everyday was so informative and there are quite a lot of things I can learn.
Not really my degree study, but I did obtain lots of the most forefront insights of tech industry through talks with KPMG people.
The Company
It was well guided and they led us step by step--they started from the introduction, then to shadowing opportunity and finally the assessment for the vacation programme next year.
Not aggressive, nice and friendly, people collaborate well--people here want to achieve a better result together with each other's help.
There are lots of skills sessions throughout the programme.
Large extent--I got to know the latest products in this industry and got advice from some senior people worked in this area for years.
We had the opportunity talked to lots of KPMG people and I had a much better understanding than before I came here.
It is informative enough to tell me whether I fit this industry or not.
