About You
Brilliant Experience. We had talks and networking sessions with a wide range of KPMG Staff, from first year graduates to Directors an Partners. I also had the opportunity to shadow a member of the Technology Enablement Team (Management Consulting - Technology) and be part of her team for a day.
A lot of focus was put on our programme, with several guests with a lot of experience and covering very prestigious roles from all over the technology division of the firm to come who came to deliver talks to us. We also had the opportunity to work shadow a consultant and get to know his/her team, gaining an insight of how a project is normally carried out in the firm.
Always at least a person following our cohort which (was not very big) and always willing to help. Also, everyone else in the staff and in firm in general was always willing to help out and willing to answer our questions, regardless whether they were involved in the programme o not.
Trainings aimed to develop our communication skills as well as Data Visualisation workshops.
The Company
Very structured. We were given a programme schedule on the first day which gave us an idea of what we would have done throughout the week.
Amazing! as the group was not incredibly big, we got to know each other very well and everyone was always very enthusiast!
