The Role
I loved my placement at IBM. It has taught me the skills needed to be the foundation of everything I will do in my career moving forward as well as make me realise the career I'd like to pursue.
I felt extremely valued by my colleagues. I was in no way treated like a stereotypical intern and felt like a permanent member of every team I worked in.
Whenever I needed support and guidance, I received it in huge amounts.
I had a perfect balance of work most of the time. Granted there is always times where you will be busier than other times but that's the working life.
I was given lots of responsibility once I had proved my worth and my capability to do the work required of me to a very high standard.
Time management, productivity and meeting deadlines is something hugely valuable that I will take back to university with me. I am hoping this will aid my the completion of my degree.
The Company
Very good atmosphere. Very easy to work within and very sociable. Always remained professional at all times.
Very well organised with a huge and very good support network through the EPMs.
Think Academy had a huge impact on me professionally and personally. It contains aspects that allow you to develop both sides of these skills.

Working from home
Very appealing. I have applied for the graduate scheme in the hope that I will be fast tracked straight to final interview.
The Culture
Yes a very good one.
London so very expensive as you can imagine, but pay grade is reflective of this. The social life in London is unbeatable.
Very good - we're minutes away from Central London
Yes loads. Pick anything and you can do it in London
