The Role
Coming from France for a 6 month internship, I was really well welcomed and trusted by the company and my manager. I discover
My colleagues gave me the opportunity to take responsibilities, to attend and to take part into meetings.
My supervisors gave me my autonomy. On the same time, they were really supportive and the door was always open to ask all the kinds of questions.
I didn't see the time pass
I took responsibilities on a new project in my category giving me the chance to be part of meetings, to bring some ideas and suggestions.
This placement gave me much more precision in my work. I was obviously guided by my manager and I took responsibility in my own project giving me the chance to work on my professional autonomy and an invaluable overview on how to run a business.
The Company
Really professional and Kindly atmosphere. Several team building and social events which were really enjoyable to meet colleagues and sane atmosphere.
I had scheduled catch up with my supervisors to discuss my previous and next I had to work on. I helped me to know exactly what I had to do and to work with autonomy
I was trained for everything I needed to work with. I was also able to ask some other training to discover other jobs and department if I wanted to. As a marketing assistant I had the opportunity to have a quick training with Customer relations, Sales department and Digital Marketing. That was enriching and gave me a better understanding of the company.
