Very trainee based which was what the scheme was about. But also focused on career progression if going down such a path.

Paid for the scheme as well as reimbursed for unusual travel times.

All the social events featured trainees, partners and associates which meant you were nearly always surrounded by other employees.

Again all the socials were very networking friendly and conducive to making connections.

From taking with trainees and employees across the firm, it was very easy to inquire into what they got up to in spare time.

Really varied and insightful week long scheme. Would definitely recommend.
