About You
A really fun and interesting two weeks.
I thought it was made clear by everyone that I met that A&O values it's potential trainees.
I was given as much support and guidance as I asked for, which I thought was a nice way of doing it.
I have finished my degree, but feel that this experience will be hugely helpful in the first few weeks of my internship next year.
The Company
Very well structured from start to finish.
I was left with the feeling that A&O is a hugely inclusive and exciting firm to be a part of.
For someone on work experience I was given a huge amount of time and attention by employees at every level
To the extent that one can get an idea from two weeks work experience I think this vacation scheme did a very good job.
Everyone I talked to was keen to tell me about A&Os culture and I thought that said a lot in itself.
It was very helpful to get some time actually at a desk doing trainee tasks,
