About You
- Fellow vac schemers were friendly and there wasn't an atmosphere of unhealthy competition. - Firm was quick to put vac schemers at ease that the scheme wasn't a competition amongst ourselves.
- Was given work and responsibility which challenged me and made me feel like I was contributing something back to the firm. - Trainers were extremely friendly and forthcoming with regards to advice and pointers. Always took time to explain concepts and background of a deal before giving out work.

- Well structured, with daily scheduled events and socials that were timed nicely so you always had something to look forward to.
- Amazing, all the vac schemers got along very well and I made some really good friends on the scheme which I'm sure will last for a long time.
- A lot of time was spent planning the vacation scheme. Moreover, trainees/associates/partners took the effort to take time out to speak and socialise with us.
To a large extent, gave me a really good insight into what it would be like to sit in the Banking department of the firm, and what job scope I can expect to have as a trainee/associate.
