About You
By far the most enjoyable work experience I have ever had. Great people, interesting work, and lots to learn.
Atmosphere of genuine friendliness and mutual respect. From partners to paralegals there is no 'looking down' on people whatsoever and people really make their appreciation known when you do something for them. Did not meet a single person I disliked or ever felt like I was just another source of labour.
Supervisors and trainee buddies very approachable and friendly, and I got the opportunity to ask lots of questions and receive lots of feedback on my work.
The Company
Company culture is something very difficult to gauge just from research and often insights are necessary to really understand what is going on. We got a lot of opportunities to see and talk to different people from all the departments of the firm and really get to know the feel of the place.
Everything Else
Several drinks sessions and a day out bowling.
Got to speak to lots of interesting people and gel with the ones I met on my vac scheme.
We were told about the diversity and inclusion networks as well as all the social activities that the firm gets up to (drinks, football, table tennis, charity runs, fairs, balls, etc).
Yes absolutely.
