Thoroughly enjoyed the environment, responsibility and support that I have been given.

I have felt respected and valued throughout my time here.

Enough support was given that I knew what to do, but I was also left to my own devices enough to get really valuable experience. I have prior experience, so I'm not sure how this would translate to someone's first experience.

The feedback I received was very positive - which was of course nice to hear - but also sufficiently specific that I knew what aspects to keep in my work moving forward.

Really fantastic - a positive atmosphere seeps into pretty much everything I've done. People have been patient and supportive, as well as receptive to providing advice. It is truly one of the great things about this firm.

As mentioned in a previous answer, I have felt valued from the outset, and this extends to the investment the firm places in you. We've had talks almost every day that have helped to gain a greater insight into all aspects of the firm. More training could have been provided, though for such a short stay this may have not been the most efficient use of time.

I think the insight has been hugely helpful, though I am of course seeing it with rose tinted glasses (I want to work here), the fact that all levels of the firm seem to genuinely want to be here provides good evidence that this is the general reality. The low turnover rate of staff also supports this.
