The Role
Completing a year placement at IBM was honestly everything that I had expected and more. Working with a large organisation like IBM has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and provided me with experience of working in a global organisation.
I was given support by my early professional manager and my task manager right from the start of my placement. I was also given support by my team managers whilst working on client accounts.
The Company
The office that I was based in was quite a quiet office - very different from the London offices. Most of the people in my office tended to work from home most days.
Very well organised - it was clear what was required of us and we were constantly updated and 'kept in the loop' by the foundation team through emails and through face to face meetings with our early professional managers.

I will be applying back to IBM for a Graduate role.
