About You
I didn't really enjoy the placement, it was adversised as "work expirence" however we didnt even see the offices. The whole process just felt like the first stage of appling to Deloitte. The games and activities were repetative and at times boring. Most of the Deloitte workers we spoke to just went on about the amazing nightlife and fun you have working at Deloitte, but spoke little about the real work they do. All of the "business games" we just to show off how good Deloitte are
I did feel valued but because they really want you work there.
There was loads of guidance but it was for the nextg stage of becoming a Deloitte employee
Afew skills on body language and rapport however most were just on application skills and techniques to work for Deloitte
The Company
well structured, the days were full of stuff to do
I found the atmosphere quite childish and like work was second agenda to having a good night out with your workmates. For a professional services firm it didnt feel professional
too much i think
definatly
As it wasnt work expirence i found out almost noting about what it would be like to work for Deloitte - apart from the fact that i would have a great nightlife and work life balace
Everything Else
up to £100 pounds which didnt cover the train costs compleatly and will take ages to come through (8 weeks)
at every hearbeat
dull and repetative - sounded like a broken record and felt manufactured
they never stopped going on about it
no way
