The Role
Working on active projects gave me a great understanding of pharma.
I felt like form day 1 I was part of the team and expected to get stuck in as much as everyone else.
I had regular meetings with my mentor and my supervisor who were very supportive and I could also call on them when required.
This changed depending on the requirements, as would be expected in pharma.
As much as other team members who were first or second year graduates.
I am going onto a graduate scheme at the same company.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and supportive when I had questions, no matter how basic they seemed.
the only improvement I would suggest would be more social events organised by the contract company who placed us at the company so we could meet other interns etc.
I was supported in going to a number of conferences as well as given all the training required for my role.
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I am excited to have accepted a place on a graduate scheme with the same company.
The Culture
There was never any events organised locally.
Harlow/London is expensive
Harlow has very poor nightlife.
maybe one or two events.
