Brightstart Aspire Review

I really enjoyed my placement at Deloitte in Cardiff. I felt like I learnt a lot whilst I was there and had a very good time. I feel like it has helped me develop some skills like being able to stand up and talk in front of an audience with a bit more confidence.

I felt valued whilst I was there as I always got involved in all of the tasks. They were all very helpful and I felt like with the support I learnt a lot.

I feel like I recieved a lot of support when I was at Deloitte as all of the tasks I understood well and if I didn't then there was people there helping and supporting us.

The skills I learnt when at Deloitte will really benefit me in the future. It helped me to build my confidence and team working skills. It has also made me more resilient and good team leader skills.

I feel that I learnt a lot about Deloitte when I was there, we had a few guest speakers that told us about their experiences and the different path ways you can take at Deloitte.

I found it a very interesting and enjoyable week. There was a very positive atmosphere and everyone was very friendly.

Deloitte made sure we had a jam packed week with lots of workshops with external people, so I feel they invested in us well.

We had a lot of guest speakers who gave us a real insight in to what it would be like to work there. This was really helpful and full of information.

The employees explained a lot about what it is like to work at Deloitte therefore I feel I got a real insight into what the culture is like.

The tasks in the day were very interesting and they helped me to develop some employability skills that will benefit me in the future.

They offer to pay towards some expenses.

We did meet a lot of different people whilst we were at Deloitte it gave me a real insight into what it is like to network.

We did a few different networking times which helped us meet new people.

We had talks from the employees, they explained all of this very well.

Yes I would as I feel it was a great experience.
