The Role
It was fun but also challenging at times.
I got on well with them but the extent to which the work I was doing was valued or used was limited.
The buddy system and also the line manager was great.
There were days when I was busy but also days when I was quiet, it definitely went in cycles.
Much of the work I was doing was used in real life deals.
The initial training was limited but the ongoing learning process allowed me to learn a lot about the market.
The Company
Everyone was supportive and offered a range of tasks, it was intense at times but the experience was good.
The training events and structure was good, though it would have been nice to see more areas of the business.
There was a week of training at the start and ongoing throughout, though they could have offered more.
Subsidised Canteen

Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop

The Culture

It's London, expect what you've heard.
It doesn't get much better than a Friday night in London.
Various community days and sports events added to the experience.
