The Role
It was a great placement and provided me with lots of opportunities and experiences.
All my colleagues included me in all aspects and made me feel part of the team.
I was given support in most aspects of the placement, but felt as though more guidance was needed.
I had daily tasks, and often had miscellaneous emails to respond to.
I was given the responsibility to look after the entire budget for my team.
I will be able to use all skills developed throughout all aspects of my university career. I will ask be able to use skills such as SAP in the future.
The Company
The culture is great, people are welcoming but also have the drive to get on with the work required.
Overall the general set up wasnt the best as i was told i was doing one job but it ended up being a different job. overall HR wasn't perfect.
All team members have helped with personal development and training and training was provided for different aspects of the placements
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Future prospects are positive and would enjoy working here in the future.
The Culture
Yes, all the placement students got along great and were able to participate in activities outside the office.
Living in Reading was expensive but provided a social life and easy access to London.
Nightlife in Farnborough isn't great but i lived in Reading so had the opportunity to go out there.
