    • My experience as an IBM intern has been extremely rewarding and positive.

    • Throughout the year I felt that people cared about my experience and personal development and tried to cater to my needs and expectations.

    • My manager has been extremely supportive since the beginning and has always been available and more than willing to guide me and provide help to the best of her ability.

    • I was involved in a variety of projects and tasks, but I also had time to reflect on my learning and take part in free online courses provided by the company.

    • I had responsibility and I was encouraged to take ownership of some of the projects that I was involved in. This helped me develop my leadership and communication skills and will absolutely prove useful in my future career.
