The Role
Such a good and fun environment to work in whilst motivating with much room to grow. I couldn't have asked for a better year with better colleagues.
I was given so much responsibility throughout my year and trusted by full time employees to carry out important tasks. They really valued me as a team member
The support was second to none. I felt entirely comfortable with my team and guided every step of the way whilst given room to stand on my own two feet. If I had any problems I knew I could trust them to be solved.
As I grew confident in my role I was given more responsibility and I grew busier as I tried to complete all tasks to the best of my ability. There were periods that were much busier than others but I was never ever bored.
I was solely responsible for some areas the team covered and having this gave me a sense of pride in my role. I couldn't have asked for a better delegation of tasks.
I have learnt skills for life whilst making friends for life. I will take all the knowledge and useful skills I know with me in my graduate role and beyond. I am going back into my final year with so much readiness and preparation to ace it.
The Company
So much activity and excitement. Always something to do and interact with, there was never a dull day.
I felt as if ever year my team and the company was making active steps to improve this and this was seen throughout the year. We actively made changes to help out the next placement year students which was fulfilling.
They had a vested interest in making sure we made the most of our potiental and this was ensured with a number of schemes and courses.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I would definitely consider a career in this company if they invited me back or an opportunity arose!
The Culture
Loads of interns throughout meant a big social scene with lots of opportunities to make friends.
London prices cannot be understated but it has been amazing working in the capital for a year.
Always somewhere to go.
Lots of social events and premieres within the studios team- I felt valued when invited!
