The Role
It was great at the start, but towards the end I stopped learning things and just personally didn't have anything to do.
Very well by some, not at all by others
Again, great by some and none by others
Very busy at the start and after the release I had nothing
The Company
Really good fun atmosphere in the office. It was really laid back and enjoyable, but towards the end there was a lot of people leaving and the atmosphere really died down and became a bit dull.
The initial training could have been done better. There was nothing overly HPE specific as we were kind of shown the ropes by last years interns. Some official documents outlining the development process would have been helpful.
I think I was allowed a lot of freedom for personal development and was given tasks that really did allow me to learn and develop skills.
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
Not too sure, some people are joining now as I am about to leave but there was also a few redundancies recently in the office. I haven't had a conversation with anyone about it.
The Culture
Yes we had great fun in the office and also spent time together outside of the office doing social activities.
I would say average for Belfast.
Great nightlife in Belfast city center, something for everyone.
