The Role
It was a great opportunity and I had a great time. I got involved with lots of exciting things and I was pushed out of my comfort zone but there was always people there to support me
I felt like a true member of the team and I was given meaningful work which had an impact on the team and the wider business
My manager and team were always there for me but they let me make my own decisions and let me suggest my ideas. I never felt like I was being "managed".
The workload was a good balance, I always had something to do
I was given so much more responsibility than I ever would have thought! I have had the opportunity to lead projects and make my own decisions knowing that I had a supporting team behind me.
I have learnt so much at my time here and I have really grown as a person and become more confident in my abilities. I feel like I can tackle so much more now!
The Company
Great office environment. Serious when it needs to be but there is always some laughing and joking and people having a nice chat
Well organised. Everything was set up for me when I arrived and there were organised training days throughout the year
I been pushed out of my comfort zone throughout my whole year and I have done things which I never would have thought myself capable to do
