  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I was made to feel part of the team and was given live matters to work on. I was kept up to date with the progression of cases throughout my time at the firm. I was also invited to department events taking place outside the vacation scheme.

    • My trainee buddy was really helpful and supportive. They really got me involved and took time getting to know me as an individual.

    • When I was given tasks I developed skills such as proofreading, researching and drafting emails/letters.

    • The vacation scheme was really well structured with lots of departmental talks and social events planned.

    • The atmosphere was really friendly. On the office floor everyone worked really hard but were equally happy to have a chat and answer any questions.
