The Role
Could not have anticipated the amount I do enjoy working for HPE.
Treated equally like all fellow engineers and assigned work at similar level to that of more senior staff.
Whenever required.
Always had worked assigned or waiting to be assigned. I was also allowed for independent scripting or automation of tests and functions, for myself and other colleagues.
Was responsible for testing and modifying large disk arrays and hosts. Submitting bugs and maintaining inventory of sites equipment. Maintaing sites virtual machine network and editting pre-existing documentation and scripts.
I have learned so much this year from applying my knowledge and learning while applying that to real tasks from say-to-day. From a social aspect I feel as if I have learned how to operate correctly within a software and development team efficiently. I recieved formal, independent and applied training, each informative in their own way, both online and in person by colleagues or specific tutors hired by HPE.
The Company
Extremely positive and social.
Extremely, being able to accomodate and train an intern as a fellow engineer.
Onboarding Formal (scheduled) Independent resources for learning Explanations and teachings by colleagues on software and hardware relevent to test areas. Assigning of tests harware to that of a graduate and senior engineers.

The Culture
Yes, many planned social events, charity and independent events with staff or occasions of importance.
Reasonable compared to other capitals within the UK.
Something for everyone.
