The Role
It was hard work, but challenging and never boring, also the company events and evenings out are a great perk
All the team are very supportive, and always willing to help out
All the team are very supportive, guidance is given but left to do a lot of work indepently then feedback results
Some times I would have nothing to do, others work very long hours - would be better if it was more consistent
A lot of responsibility
not yet back at university, I think the skills will help more in my career than my degree
The Company
Really good working environment, everyone usually bright and cheerful
Really well, had lots of useful inductions
Training mostly on the job
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
The grad scheme is easily accessible if you do well in your internship, plus there are international opportunities too
The Culture
Yes, lots of events/nights out
As expected in London
All of London very accessible through tubes/buses for nights out - lot more expensive than on a student budget though
Yes, sports team, staff picnics, company events
