The Role
I really enjoyed it.
I became a useful team member.
Support and guidance are very good, co workers spend time helping.
not too busy and not bored.
I was given some responsibility but not a huge amount.
They will be very useful in future, things like my confidence and professionalism have improved.
The Company
Fun, vibrant office environment.
Setup was reasonable, there were some issues during the first week but overall it was ok.
There is not much personal training but I was brought up to speed with certain elements such as AOS.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I would love to work for them again.
The Culture
Yes, hot yoga and beach volleyball are weekly things. Its great.
Living expenses and socialising were difficult to afford initially, but after the first months pay it was ok.
Reasonable, not as good as Cardiff.
Only some out of work opportunities.
