About You
To a great extent each day was packed with presentations and all the speakers were engaging and genuinely interesting to listen to. The trip to Paris was a highlight and the socials run by the firm were a great opportunity to befriend fellow sprngboarders.
All members of the firm from trainees to partners were interested in listening to any questions and happy to spend time talking to you about the firm or careers.
The firm was great at offering impartial careers advice and insight into the industry
Commercial awareness and attention to detail were two skills the scheme helped me develop and I hope to bring these to my second year study
The Company
The schedule was full of talks, networking events q&a sessions and work shadowing
All the staff were friendly and approachable and created a great learning environment
The firms insights into law careers and commercial awareness were invaluable, worm shawdoing was a great way to experience the day to day work of a commercial lawyer
The insight scheme gave a clear and impartial perspective on working life at the firm though the presentations and engaging with staff
Clifford chance out across a clear brand image through the week
The firm gave much insight into it's different practice areas
Everything Else
Payment of £350 for the week in addition to expenses was more than adequate
Most days there was a networking event
Immersive theatre at Waterloo and dinner at Gauchos were highlights
The firm offers many pro bono and sport opportunities
