The Role
Some times didn't enjoy as much as I had hoped
you don't feel like an intern
good mid year reviews
at times didn't have many jobs to do but had to be proactive
a bit more would've been good but i had a good balance
informal and formal learning will definitely guide me in the future
The Company
Fun - but too much gossip
good organisation, strong HR definitely contributed to this.
good training programs internally and it was easy to gain experience from other business units if you had a desire to learn externally from your team
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
there are good prosects within HPE however many people are put off due to the lcoation
The Culture
the social scene was good however a flaw of this is that everybody gossips about what happens on intern nights out, which makes for hard balance of work and social when your social life gets brought into work. less interns would mean less of this happening
I lived at home but reading nights out are not too expensive
not as good as the north!! but 5 clubs so not too bad
we all socialised together outside of work and there were many charity opportunities to volunteer
