The Role
Enjoyable experience
Great team, felt valued from the first day.
Help was always there if needed
The workload varied considerably. Some days I could finish my work easily before the end of the day while others the work was constant,
Trusted with communicating with clients and senior figures within the business from early on in the placement.
The Company
Friendly atmosphere throughout the office
Some of the training and progress meetings were aimed mainly at recruitment consultants rather than the role I was working in.
I attended a number of training sessions throughout the year, all of which were useful to my development.
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Had honest and open conversations with my director about the possibility of returning as a graduate.
The Culture
Didn't really integrate with other placement students as I wasn't a consultant, however there was a good social scene with my immediate colleagues.
Expensive as the placement was in central London
Plenty of bars to choose from
Played for the work 5 a side team on a few occasions.
