The Role
I had a fantastic time.
This was something which stood out about Grant Thornton. Their people really care about each other
They were always kind and helpful and willing to give time.
I had complete control over how much work I decided to take on, but things such as client meetings and training workshops were set up for us so there was a good structure.
Everything was doubled checked but we had the steering wheel from the beginning.
I got to improve my time management and people skills even further. I feel confident talking to senior colleagues.
The Company
It didn't seem like work even though we were all very productive. Everyone was very approachable and the office felt like a calm safe environment.
There was good structure and plenty of support, I always knew what was expected of me.
Fully.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
There is so much flexibility to move around within the firm once you have a job offer, so you are guaranteed to find something you will enjoy.
The Culture
There were loads of opportunities to socialise from going out for drinks to visiting Wimbledon.
There is plenty of affordable student accommodation available around the city and there are places to socialise that wont brake the bank.
Shoreditch is around the corner and there are always people who want to go for a drink.
Grant Thornton Annual National 5-a-side football tournament.
