The Role
One of the best internships within property. Really structured, involved with real work in your team and you are part of a internship/graduate community
Really helpful and approachable
Both directors take time to sit down with you once a week to check up on your progress/ how you are doing. Taken on various site visits and meetings with both.
A lot of work, but never too much you felt over pressured.
I was given a responsible amount to do regarding carrying out research and report writing
- In my team, I was taught a lot of practical skills needed to work within my sector. - HR organise a lot of important workshops and presentations. A particularly valuable workshop was on how to present.
The Company
Very quiet and formal
Everything was very well organised. Timetable given on first day.

Company Parties/Events
C&W tend to hire many of their interns either after the completion of the internship or it gives you a stronger chance of being hired in the grad scheme application.
The Culture
- There is always after work drinks that were official or unofficial.
Its central London, so it is going to be expensive but you have to accept it.
A lot of bars around
There is always something going on most days.
