The Role
Reasonably enjoyable,
Felt highly valued by colleagues
Appropriate guidance was provided
Busy, however work required little thinking.
Significant
Valuable skills were available to learn if you looked for it.
The Company
It was an office. Not much more to say than that. People tended to be here to work. Even the innovation department seemed to have their innovative discussions elsewhere.
Well organised by the HR team. Although some mandatory sessions etc.. were not particularly useful.
Not particularly. A few training days were put on but the business as usual always takes over. However, I understand we are here to work rather than learn.
Above 25 days holiday
For me personally, not high. I do not envisage myself working here. I would rather do something more tangible.
The Culture
Everyone got drunk every Friday and Saturday if that is the question? I wouldn't say anything stood out as particularly great though.
London... Highly expensive. However the Bank did provide student-style accommodation in a very good location.
Again, London... Plenty to spend money on in a very short space of time.
Down to the individual. Nothing put on specifically by the employer if that is the question?
