The Role
I got to really feel part of the team and got to do 'real' tasks and get a feel for the job.
I felt that I was doing tasks that really helped the team, and they made me feel like my role was important.
The whole team were fantastic in providing support and help whenever I needed it.
Fairly busy - busy enough that I always had something to do, but also the opportunity to follow up on my own tasks and projects.
The right amount - enough to feel responsible and that it was important, but not too much pressure.
The skills will definiitely help me - not so much for the actual task, but the networking skills I developed.
The Company
Classic, friendly and smart.
It was well set-up but could have been coordinated better between different areas of the business.
Lots- we are encouraged to try different things and are provided with online modules to complete.
Working from home
Very - there are good opportunities to develop within the business.
The Culture
Yes - all of the team are wonderful and vry inclusive.
Very expensive
I don't know
There were lots of charity events.
