The Role
Work given was more administration based rather than recruitment based. Opportunities to develop / progress were limited.
Was given work no body else wanted to do.
Lack of leadership in the office and limited sense of direction as a division
Often had to stretch out tasks so I wouldn't be bored
Virtually none
I've learned a little about what to look out for on CV's and job applications. Wasn't the best experience of recrutiment however.
The Company
Much more negativity than positivity, within the division I was working in no body really wanted to be there or showed passion about the work.
Far too disorganised, no structure whatsoever. If plans were set they were constantly changing and resulted in being given work no one else really wanted to do.
A few training sessions in the West Midlands however I feel they were wasted as I only used half of what was covered the training during my day to day work.
National Travel
Financial Bonus
The organisation is huge so I wouldn't rule that out however the office in question I would choose not to return to.
The Culture
Started off with drinks on a Friday night but as so many colleagues left this died down and there was virtually nothing.
Cheap city but being based in the city centre means you spend a lot of money on things you may not necessarily need.
Nice place plenty of bars.
Great city, plenty to do.
