The Role
Got really involved, and saw a huge spread of the group. Really insightful and enjoyable.
Have been heavily involved in all group events and extra-curricular activities - felt welcomed and like i was 'part of the team'.
Happy to answer any question I had, and pushed me to achieve more.
Regularly busy. In a way that was challenging but not overly so.
Was involved in and sole owner of lots of small/big projects and high-importance tasks.
I learnt a lot about working and communicating within a very large team - and the different ways to navigate these kind of sizes. I grew in confidence, and interpersonal skills - often meeting and working with new people to achieve various goals.
The Company
Productive, but lighthearted and fun. Lots of informal chat but lots of serious work getting done alongside this - so it was a really relaxed but professional environment.
They weren't expecting me, as my line manager was on holiday when I arrived for my first day - and therefore, a diferent manager was forced to improvise a little bit - which he did really well. There hasn't been any major organisation throughout my internship - however this has allowed me to take control of my own time a bit, and has meant I've seen more than I otherwise would have done with a rigid plan.
I was provided a huge array of oppurtunities to train/go on courses/develop personally etc throughout my 10 weeks, which could be taken advantage of if I so chose. This is from education & training, to personal development, to work culture and more. The variety was huge.

As good as possibly can be - any prospective job seems professional, challenging and interesting; with a wide range of career prospects and promotion oppurtunity. The various teams I've spent time with have all seemed welcoming and friendly, and open to working with new people - so it'd be a positive consideration.
The Culture
Yes. Am staying in uni accomodation with other interns during the summer, while unis aren't in. Lots of camaraderie and a good social scene - especially within London. (if a little expensive at times.)
Luckily our accomodation was subsidised so that really helped with the costs of living in london - but it is very expensive to live and work in the city. Luckily, the pay was good, so this wasn't an issue - but the city itself is naturally a bit heavy on the pocket.
