The Role
I throughly enjoyed my placement and met some amazing people. The job always had something going on and the perks to the job were great!
I didn't feel like an intern, as I was treated like a full member of staff with full responsibility. I was responsible for a $5million dubbing budget which was a great responsibility
I had frequent one to one sessions with my manager and support on a daily basis
There was always something to do within the office and with tight deadlines there was always a great opportunity to challenge yourself
I was given a lot of responsibility and was continuously picking up new skills and work loads
I found that I learnt much better on the job and was able to develop a lot of transferable skills and develop existing skills
The Company
The office environment was great, my team were really friendly and my team in particularly had alot of banter which made it really fun to work in
It was a well set up system, and provided training and support along the way. There was a good amount of intern socials as well
There was a lot of training available face to face and online, just had to develop own training path
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
There is not a graduate scheme, although have been told there is a good chance of job opportunities for me after graduation
The Culture
There was a good intern social group that would go out regularly
Living in London is not cheap, but worth the experience
Nightlife was very good as you are in london but expensive
Always opportunities to get involved with sports and events
