The Role
The impressive connection between the whole team and colleague. Which made me understand better my role and position as an Intern.
The way the approached with me, treating me as a part of one of them who cover a specific role inside the team, instead of treating me as a simple intern.
Excellent support by every single colleague, including my supervisor, who has giving me support from every aspect in order to fully understand my position inside the whole team.
Was busy almost every day as i was affascinated by the way they work which push me to understand and learn more than what i was capble of, putting me to face many sort of challange during my journey. In addition in any spare time i was doing anyway something outside of my role in order to gain as much knowladge as possible.
I wasn't running the show as each of us has different role and position to cover. However i've been given full responsability on the section where i've been working. To make sure that each process and step of my role are covered properly.
This sort of experience i would describe as a Skills for life, yes because i've been learning thigs that i never knew even the existance. Not only that, i learn how effective are the team work and if you have brillinat team as i had in this Intern period you can actually achieve impressive things on your life.
The Company
Was good even after so many works to do people were always keep and calm, making the atmosphere suitable for anyone who was part of the structure. The connection between each of them were always with good vibes.
In the begining was quite hard to understand the actual aim and role of that. However after few days everything started to be much more clear and secure.
They give me work and training to do as i will be one of their permenant employer and not as a intern. All the knowladge i gained from here as an Intern would be the same for who would apply iin the company as regular worker. This mean a lot because they are giving us to learn and became on day as a potential worker for them inside their company.
Really good.
The Culture
